Do you have stock available for sale?

We operate on a customization basis. In accordance with our clients’ requirements, we solely produce products tailored to them. We do not hold the right to sell any items.
What is the warranty policy for your products?

FoldMoon guarantee that each product we produce is free from defects in materials and workmanship from the date of completion. The warranty period is two years, provided that the products are stored under proper conditions.
What are your advantages?

What is your minimum order quantity?

There is no minimum order quantity. However, we recommend an order of at least 1,000 units. This is because initial setup costs are fixed, including the expenses for printing and operating the machine. The higher the order quantity, the lower the cost per unit. Therefore, a larger order quantity is more cost-effective.
What is your production time?

Here is our detailed production time for your reference:
A. Artwork Review: 3 Business Days
B. Prototype Production: 10 working days
C. Massenproduktion: 25-30 Tage
What is your product range?

Our product range includes printing on all types of paper materials, packaging, board games, children's books, pop-up books, plastic, plush, and silicone toys. Additionally, we can source all the items you may need.
